    thanks for your reply. Yes, I have been able to choose the Australian English language setting, but it seems to make no difference to the quality of the transcript. In all honesty, if you saw the difference between the transcripts and what was actually said in the interviews, you'd say they bore little resemblance to each other. 

    Thanks for pointing me towards the tips on how to review audio. I'll make sure to look into it,
