    Hi Elizabeth,

    Were you able to look at the different plans we offer in our support pages?

    I think we would like to move to a live chat situation at some point, but we're not quite there in terms of our support team. Our most recent changes included setting up a Toronto office to better serve our North American clients. From this point on we will have increased coverage of more timezones throughout the working day.

    Hi Connor, trouble is that I have a specific question about your plans - and I've emailed support but still gotten no response.  I'd prefer not to keep waiting -- any way I can get more immediate help?  (It's been a week now).  Thanks.
