Why do I get charged monthly on a subscription?

    Thanks for contacting us here at Trint. Indeed our subscriptions are monthly plans, this is what we mean when we describe the plans as 'subscriptions'. The alternative to this would be our Pay As You Go plan type which does not require a monthly subscription. The lower hourly rates you receive by subscribing to a monthly plan are our way of rewarding customers who sign up for a long term subscription.

    You can cancel this subscription at any time, and your minutes will stay in your account even after switching. Please see the following link to the support article on this subject. It details the process for changing your plan.
