    Hi Simon and Kurt,

We suggest that users access Trint from Chrome of Firefox, but we're happy to hear that Safari has been working for you as well.

    All the best,

I am using Trint on my iPad Pro using the Safari Browser.  I assume that Chrome works too?

iPad support  would be great.  Is it on the roadmap?

    Hi Lee,

I believe that you can access and use Trint from the iPad just as you can from your desktop or mobile device. Our new responsive editor means that the page sizes should change according to whichever device you are using.

    All the best,

Hi Connor, thanks for getting back to me. It *is* possible to view transcript on an iPad.  But there is considerable lag time when attempting to edit, the shortcuts don’t work, and when highlighting to strikeout or set a highlight the usually result is that the text is deleted. So I would say that it’s a fairly frustrating experience.  Very different from the desktop experience, which is wonderful.
