How do verified paragraphs work?
The Verified paragraph feature allows you to mark sections of text as complete once you have finished editing. Simply click the tick box of the corresponding paragraph and a green tick will appear.
If you need to make amendments to a paragraph, the Verified paragraphs feature will turn the tick box grey. The grey box will also appear if you merge paragraphs. This indicates that an edit has been made.
To mark the edited or merged paragraphs as reviewed you'll just need to click the corresponding box.
Can I email/share a Trint with verified paragraphs?
Yes you can. Any reviewed or edited paragraphs will be marked as such when your colleague receives your Trint, unless you send a read-only version.
