In order to use Trint, you need to purchase transcription time. The hours you purchase, correspond to the length of the file you can upload (So if you buy an hour from Trint, you can transcribe an hour-long file).
Getting a quote
We can't provide quotes, because our pricing depends on the plan that you choose. The more hours you purchase, the bigger discount you'll receive. There are two types of payment systems available: Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) and Monthly Subscriptions.
Our Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plan offers ultimate flexibility - there are no monthly fees, and you can purchase as many hours as you like whenever you want.
When you first sign up, you'll be charged for one hour immediately, this will instantly appear in your account. Any unused minutes will roll over for up to 12 months after purchase. There is no limit to how many minutes can be rolled over.
Under a monthly subscription you are automatically billed every 30 days. Hours are provided at a discounted rate in exchange for subscribing. Under a Monthly plan you will receive a set number of hours per month, but you can also purchase additional hours at the same discounted rate. You will be billed for these extra hours on your next cycle's invoice. Unused minutes will roll over for up to 60 days after purchase, after which time they will expire. For monthly subscribers, there is a cap on how many hours can roll over from month to month (6hrs for Basic or 20hrs for Supercharged).
You can cancel or downgrade your plan at anytime by going to your PLAN page. We always recommend downgrading to our Pay As You Go plan since this let's you maintain your store of accumulated minutes for a further 12 months.

You can also opt to set up a team account. Team plans allow multiple accounts to be set up under one Admin and set of billing details. You can have as many users tethered to the account as you want.
