Yes you can.
We try to keep things as flexible as possible so that when your transcription volume changes, your plan can too.
Users on an individual plan can go to their "Plan" page and adjust their subscription settings whenever they want.
To upgrade your plan, head to the "Plan" page and choose your new choice of subscription plan. This will come into effect immediately, so please note that you will be charged and begin a new monthly cycle!
You get to keep any minutes that you've accrued under your previous plan.
To downgrade your plan, head to the "Plan" page and choose your new plan. This will come into effect at the end of your current monthly cycle, but you'll be able to purchase time in one-hour increments at your new plan's lower rate if necessary. You get to keep any minutes that you've accrued under your previous plan, but you may be limited by the rollover cap for your new plan (6 hrs for Basic, 20 hrs for Supercharged).
The easiest way to cancel your subscription is to downgrade to a Pay As You Go account. As a Pay As You Go user, you will not receive any monthly charges and you'll be able to keep whatever minutes you have accrued on your account for 12 months. This also gives you the option to purchase more time if needed.
However, if you want to cancel your account outright you can do so by getting in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be sorry to see you go!
Team accounts operate a little differently than individual accounts, and the subscriptions do too.
When you first start your team account, you'll be obliged to stick with your plan or upgrade only for a minimum of three months. After that you can downgrade and upgrade to your heart's content!
Users who are part of a team plan are connected to a pool of credit controlled by the team's admin, and they'll need to reach out to that person (or be that person) in order to change their subscription.
Under a team plan, the minimum payment is a 3hr monthly subscription. Team plans can't downgrade to Pay As You Go. If you wish to downgrade to a Pay As You Go account, you will need to shift to individual user accounts.
Our system attempts to predict your currency based on where you are browsing from. If you want to pay for your plan with a different currency, you'll have to override this at the point of registration by changing your IP address to the country whose currency you wish to pay in. Once registered, the only way to change your currency is to cancel your account and re-register.
