    I appreciate the program does bold when I am listening - but it simply stopped in one section and it does not bold the txt.  Why and how do I get that device back?

    Hi Amy,

    Issues with the editor such as the one you describe are most often a result of unsupported browsers or plugins/extensions that are incompatible with Trint.

    I chose the pay as you go plan for $15 dollars, and I was charged twice for one hour. I only wanted to pay $15 for 1 hour and I was charged $30
