    I have submitted a piece for trial transcription.ย  It was edited in audacity and I believe it to be the 30 mins per guidelines.ย  Does not appear to be working at all.ย 

    A little bit dismayed, its not a good trial if it doesn't work!

    Yep, same here. I can't open the transcription even though the recording is less than 30 minutes.

    Can someone please help.

    Hi Nil,

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been seeing a similar issue! This could be something caused by a browser-based issue, so I would recommend switching to Google Chrome if you haven't already done so before trying to open this file again.ย  We've found this is the least buggy browser that allows for the best Trint experience!

    I'm having the same problem. I've switched to Chrome. And I cut the audio down to a little over 25 minutes, just to be safe.

    Hey Joe,

    Your transcript should reach you in sometime, I received mine after 30 minutes or so. Guess, it just takes time for the audio to get transcribed.

    I have the same problem.ย  My file is 22 minutes long and I am using google chrome.ย  It uploads but then says there is some problem and tells me to contact support.

    My file is a 4ma file, a voicenote taken from a Samsung galaxy and uploaded to my computer.

    Please advise.

I've taken a look into all of the issues you've reported, and I figured that one quick response would be best - however, if you have any questions please write to us at support@trint.com so we can see your message and respond to you right away.

    Joe, it seems that your earlier attempts at uploading your file were blocked due to a upload modal error - we've gone in and found a fix for this, so could you now try uploading your file again?

    Sa, I can see that your file has been transcribed and returned, which is awesome news!

    David, I can see that a file on your account has been transcribed - is that the file you were originally trying to upload?
