    The 'cancel my plan' button it's not visible/available at any browser (chrome, IE, Edge or Firefox).

    Okay. No worries. I know you're just getting started and there are a few kinks. It seems to be a good service that will save me time. I wish you all the best.

    If the 'cancel my plan' button is not visible with any browser, how do I cancel my plan???

    Hi Emily,

    From what I can see you have a Trial account, is this the case?

    The "cancel plan" option is only available to those customers who are currently enrolled with a paid plan/monthly subscription. Because we don't have a time limit on our Trial account, users who don't want to use our services anymore can simply stop whenever they like, without any fear of being charged further down the road. 

    You can however send a request in to support@trint.com for a secure deletion of your account if you feel as though this is needed.

    Hope this clarifies things for you, and anyone else with similar concerns in the future. Thanks for bringing it up Emily. I do think there's some work we can do to help make this clearer on our website.
