All of Trint's pricing, as stated on our Billing page, is after-tax and all-inclusive. We don't add on any hidden fees or extra charges to your payments.
If your bill from us is higher than you expected, it's probably due to one of two reasons:
1. International fees charged by your bank
2. Additional hours purchased in the previous cycle
International fees charged by your bank
Because Trint is based in the U.K., your bank or card provider may have levied an international transaction fee and folded it into the amount billed to your card.
To be clear, we do not receive any of this sum.
We recommend reaching out to your bank or card provider so that they can explain the additional amount added to this charge and notify you of their international purchase policies.
Additional hours purchased in the previous cycle
If you are subscribed to a monthly plan, or were recently subscribed to one, you may be receiving charges for additional hours purchased within the last 30 days.
For example: If you have a 3 hr monthly plan and purchase an additional 1 hr on top of this, Trint doesn't charge you for the extra hour immediately.
Instead, these extra charges are added to your next month's invoice.
Note: If you cancel your monthly plan but still owe us for additional hours, you will only receive an invoice for the additional hours you've already purchased.
