To make sure you always have access to your Trint account, we’ve made it easy to change and reset your password. Just follow the steps below.

This support guide will cover:

Creating a new password

To create a new password:

  • Click on the icon in the top right-hand corner with your initials on

  • Select “Settings” from the dropdown list.

  • Go to the "Profile" tab and click on "Change password"

A small form will appear. Enter and confirm your password to proceed with the change.

⚠️Please note, the option to change password is not available for users who signed up via Apple.

Password requirements

To create a new password for your Trint account, you must include each of the following:

  • Be at least 8 characters in length

  • Include lowercase letters (a-z)

  • Include uppercase letters (A-Z)

  • Include at least one number (0-9)

Forgotten password

If you can’t remember your password and need a new one, go to our login page and click on “Forgot password”, then enter your email and request a password reset.

You will be sent a link via email to create a new password (This will expire in an hour so make sure to check your junk/spam folder). If you still don’t receive a password reset email, reach out to our team at support@trint.com.
