In order to change your billing details, please go to the Billing tab of your account. You can open up the account menu by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Click on Update payment card to enter new billing information.

To add additional information, including your tax ID, to your automatically generated invoices, you can do this in the General tab. This will appear on all future invoices. If you would like past invoices generating with updated details, please contact support@trint.com.

If you're having trouble changing your credit card information, your account may have been frozen due to a failed payment. Please contact support@trint.com to have your account unfrozen.
