Transcription time is usually equivalent to the duration of the file.

ex.: an hour long file will take about an hour to transcribe.

You will receive an email notification when the transcription has finished. If you would like to toggle these notifications on/off, you can do so in your Settings, by turning on/off the "Enable Trint Ready notifications" option.

After 3 hours, if your file has still not transcribed, then it may have stalled. Often, this is caused by users uploading files that are over our 3 hour limit.

You will need to re-transcribe the original file. You may also want to get a hold of us at support@trint.com to have the stalled file deleted.
