If you have an existing subscription, with a credit or debit card already in our system, you will receive failed payment emails if the system cannot charge you.

If the payment fails, you won't be able to access your account until the payment can go through.

This may be due to insufficient funds but also some banks will block payments from Trint as we are a UK-registered company. Contact us at support@trint.com and we can look into the reason for your failed payment.


If you are inputting new credit card details and they are not being accepted, get in touch and we will help you out.
