Export error message

Are you receiving this error message, when trying to export your Trint?

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. Go back to your dashboard ("My Trints and Stories" page) or wherever the Trint is stored on your account

  2. Duplicate the file: check the box to the left of the Trint’s name & select “Duplicate” from the ribbon above

  3. This will generate a copy of the Trint

  4. Export the duplicated copy

These steps should resolve the issue and you should be able to export. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@trint.com for further assistance.

Timecodes are off

Have your timecodes been distorted? Please read this article for more information.

Timecodes have disappeared

Are the timecodes missing from your Word Document?

This setting may be toggled off. Please verify that "Include timings on paste" is enabled in your Editor settings. 

You can find settings at the bottom right of the screen once you open up a Trint to make changes.

SRTs aren't compatible with Facebook
